A fascinator is a descriptive word for any small, decorative headpiece that is not obviously a hat with a brim. Anything goes as long as it flatters the wearer, and the scope for creativity is endless.
My workroom overflows with crinoline, sinamay, feathers, laces, sequins, veiling, felts, straws, flowers, beading, wire, and all the tools and expertise to create all manner of wonderful concoctions.
